AB1573 AUTOIMMUNE HEMOLYTIC ANEMIA IN CHRONIC LIVER DISEASES

Background Chronic liver diseases can be associated with autoimmune diseases. their association hemolytic anemia (AIHA) is poorly studied. Objectives Our objective was to study the prevalence and characteristics of AIHA in chronic Methods We performed a retrospective analysis data from consecutive patients followed our department for recruited January 2010 December 2019. The diagnosis AHAI retained front regenerative positive direct coombs test stigmata hemolysis (free hyperbilirubinemia, elevated lactate dehydrogenase, low haptoglobin) absence other overt causes constitutional or acquired hemolysis. Results A total 187 were included an average age 60.2 years [11-89] sex ratio 1.79. Thirteen had (7%). Anemia normocytic 77% cases macrocytic 23% cases. Five history pathologies (38.4%); thyroiditis two cases, one case psoriasis, Sjögren’s syndrome thrombocytopenia more frequent viral B C (46.1%). Three non-viral (23%): primary biliary cholangitis, hepatitis, alcohol. Conclusion In study, present seven percent which would underline importance evoking it face any REFERENCES: NIL.
